A New Laundromat for Wendell Folks, Coming to Jerome
If you live in Wendell, you know laundry day can be a hassle when you have big loads, busy weekends, and limited options close to home. Good news is on the way. Jerome Handy Wash is getting ready to open at 921 N Lincoln in Jerome, just a short trip east of Wendell, and it was built with people like you in mind.
We are not open yet. We plan to open in Late Summer 2026, and we want Wendell residents to know what to expect. Clean machines, plenty of room for big loads, and easy ways to pay. Here is what you can look forward to when the doors open.
Getting here
Jerome is just up the road east of Wendell, so getting to 921 N Lincoln is an easy trip whether you take the highway or the county roads you already know.

Speed Queen machines you can count on
We are putting in Speed Queen commercial washers and dryers, the same brand a lot of laundromats trust. They run strong, dry fast, and get your clothes clean without a lot of fuss.
Room for comforters and bulky loads
Got a king size comforter, sleeping bags, or a big pile of work clothes from the farm? Our large capacity washers handle bulky items in one go, so you spend less time waiting and make fewer trips.
Pay the way you want
Bring a card, tap Apple Pay or Google Pay, use the Speed Queen mobile app, or stick with coins and cash. We are setting it up so you can pay however is easiest for you that day.
A clean, bright place to wait
The space is climate controlled, well lit, and kept clean. There is free WiFi, free parking, flat-screen TVs, and detergent and supplies on-site if you forget yours at home. Security cameras are in place too.
Open early and late, every day
We plan to be open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week, so you can come before work, after chores, or whenever fits your week. We help folks in English and Spanish.
